About Dr. Akbar Nathu
Dr Nathu completed his Bachelor of Science degree at McGill University in 1989 and subsequently went on to receive his Dental degree from the University of Alberta in 1994. Upon retuning to Calgary, he had established two criteria in his pursuit of the ideal dental environment: firstly, a modern practice dedicated to high quality family dentistry; and secondly, a practice that saw the value in buliding long term relationships with its' patients. His search ultimately led him to the Memorial Square Dental Clinic.
Since joining the Team in 1996, and as part of his ongoing committment to his patients, Dr. Nathu has compiled several hundereds of hours in professional development so that he can continue to offer his patients the most recent and the best treatment options available.
In his spare time, Dr. Nathu is an avid soccer player and enjoys both photography and travel.
